My Story
I live in the coastal town of Margate, Kent, with my husband Paul and dog Harley, I have two grown children and four grandsons whom I adore.
With a background in holistic therapies and coaching, and a black belt (2nd Dan) in karate, it’s since starting my own coaching business in 2015 that I have really become passionate about inspiring women to move beyond fear and self-sabotage, (where I had previously been), to step into their secret power.
Starting my journey as a Nutritional Therapist in 1999, I soon became aware of the limitations of a purely physical approach to wellness and was led towards a more spiritual path that incorporated the mind, body, and soul. I went on to learn Usui Reiki in 2014 and have since become a Master/Teacher in both Usui and Angelic Reiki. I am also a certified Priestess Codes™ Practitioner, Spiritual Empowerment Coach, Crystal Therapist, ThetaHealing® Practitioner and Bestselling Author.
I featured in a powerful book collaboration in 2019, ‘When The Goddess Calls, Vol 2’ and in 2020 I realised a personal dream with the publication of my own book, ‘Your Secret Power’, which became an Amazon number 1 bestseller within just a few hours, and takes readers on a journey towards transformation and self-mastery.
2021 saw more deep personal healing and profound transformational shifts, as I embarked on a journey to learn a new healing modality, The Priestess Codes™, created by Tina Pavlou. Like the missing piece of a puzzle, it made me realise how, for most of my life, I’d worked in my masculine energy (doing/hustling/logical thinking), or from a place of wounded feminine (people-pleasing, overwhelm), and was completely disconnected from my own body! Hearing the call of the Goddess and learning about the importance of Divine Feminine work, has been especially life-changing for me .
Now a Certified Priestess Codes™ Practitioner I hold space for other women, to help them activate their innate feminine power and live fully in their truth. This is done through Circle work and The Inner Goddess Sanctuary, a membership group I run with fellow empowerment coach and motivational speaker Jenny Gibson. The priestess path (which has nothing to do with religion), is a journey of deep purification, healing, surrender and empowerment. When we heal the deep emotional wounds of the sacred feminine, we not only heal ourselves, but also our ancestral lineage and future generations.
My Background
Alongside being a therapist, I worked in office management for several years where time and again I proved my worth and leadership qualities but it came at a cost. After reaching burnout for the third time in succession I realised I was not living my true purpose and was being guided by the Universe to work through important lessons.

I lost my dad to cancer in 2014 while learning to cope with my mum’s dementia, and then only 14 months later my younger brother was killed in an accident. What followed was a period of massive growth, as I put into practice all the tools and techniques I now use in my business.
At no time was I more grateful for the knowledge and tools at my disposal, than when my husband of 33 years was diagnosed with cancer in the summer of 2019. Initially paralysed with fear and uncertainty, I knew how essential it was to reconnect to my inner strength and once again practice what I preached.

My ultimate aim is to inspire them to follow their dreams, to believe anything is possible with the right mindset and action, and to help them become the best version of themselves.”
